Lanxess AG (ticker: "LXSGR", country: Germany), rated Ba1 (negative) by Moody’s and BBB (negative) by Scope Ratings, has mandated J.P. Morgan as Sole Global Coordinator and Barclays, BofA Securities, Citigroup, DZ BANK, J.P. Morgan, Société Générale as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed-income investor calls on Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 June 2026. J.P. Morgan is coordinating logistics.
A Reg S, €500m WNG, 5-year senior unsecured offering may follow, with timing expected as early as Wednesday 17-Jun-26, subject to market conditions. The notes are expected to be rated Ba1 by Moody’s and BBB by Scope Ratings. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing of existing indebtedness.
