Verisure PLC (VSURE), the global leader by customers served in professionally monitored security services, with a market-leading presence across Europe and Latin America, rated Ba1/BB+/BBB- by Moody's/S&P/Fitch, has mandated BofA Securities and Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE as Joint Global Coordinators and Physical Bookrunners to arrange a Global Investor Call on Monday 22-Jun-26, to be followed by a series of fixed-income investor calls. An electronic investor presentation will be made available. BofA Securities is coordinating logistics.

An expected € Benchmark, 144A/Reg S, senior secured 5.5-year EUR offering by Verisure Holding AB(VERISR) will follow, subject to market conditions. The notes are expected to be rated Ba1/BB+/BBB- by Moody's/S&P/Fitch. The net proceeds will be used to partly or fully repay the existing Senior Notes due 2029, and pay fees and expenses in connection with the transaction.
