AviLease (Aircraft Leasing Company), a global aircraft lessor (100% owned by the Public Investment Fund), rated Baa2 (Stable) by Moody’s and BBB (Stable) by Fitch, with a robust platform of ~200 owned and managed aircraft, currently on lease to 50 airlines worldwide, has mandated BNP Paribas and Mizuho as Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Active Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers together with Credit Agricole CIB, Emirates NBD Capital, HSBC, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley as Joint Active Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers, to arrange a series of virtual fixed income investor calls to be held on Monday, 22 June 2026.

A benchmark U.S. dollar-denominated Rule 144A/Regulation S senior unsecured 5-year bond will follow, subject to market conditions. The notes are expected to be rated Baa2 by Moody’s and BBB by Fitch.
