The Kingdom of Denmark, rated Aaa/AAA/AAA (all stable) by Moody's, S&P and Fitch, has mandated Danske Bank, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Nordea to lead manage its forthcoming 2-year (due 30-Jun-28), fixed rate, EUR-denominated, Reg S, syndicated benchmark transaction.

The transaction will be launched in the near future, subject to market conditions. The issuer is available for calls with investors on request
