SUEZ, a global leading player in water and waste management, (ticker: "SUEZFP", country: FR) rated Baa2 (negative outlook) by Moody's, has mandated Natixis, NatWest and Société Générale as Global Coordinators and Active Bookrunners as well as Natixis as sole ESG structurer to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls on Monday, 22-Jun-26 and Tuesday, 23-Jun-26. An electronic investor presentation (with voiceover) has been made available on DealRoadshow. Natixis is coordinating logistics.

A €500m (expected), Reg S Bearer, Green 10-year fixed-rate senior unsecured transaction is expected to follow, subject to market conditions.

• Use of Proceeds: The net proceeds of the issue of the Notes will be used to finance or refinance, in whole or in part, existing or future Eligible Green Projects, as defined in the relevant Final Terms and described in the Issuer’s Green Financing Framework (as amended and supplemented from time to time).
• Docs: The bonds, if issued, will be offered under SUEZ EMTN Program.
• SPO: A Second Party Opinion (SPO) on the Green Financing Framework (GFF) has been issued by Moody's Rating (SQS2 “Very good”). SUEZ’s GFF and SPO are available on the issuer’s website (https://www.suez.com/en/group/finance).
