NTT Finance Corporation, rated A3/BBB+ (Moody's/S&P), has mandated J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, BofA Securities, Morgan Stanley, BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Mizuho, SMBC Nikko, Nomura, and Daiwa Capital Markets to arrange a series of fixed income investor conference calls in Asia, Europe, Canada and the US commencing on 23-Jun-26. J.P. Morgan will be coordinating logistics.

A potential transaction of benchmark-sized 144A and 3(c)(7) / Reg S, senior unsecured notes will follow, subject to market conditions. The potential tenors are:

• USD: Short 2yr FXD (Mar-28), 3yr FRN (Jun-29), Long 3yr FXD (Nov-29), 5yr FRN (Jun-31), Long 5yr FXD (Nov-31), Long 7yr FXD (Nov-33) and Long 10yr FXD (Nov-36)
• EUR: 2yr FRN (Jun-28), Long 3yr FXD (Nov-29), Long 5yr FXD (Nov-31), 8yr (Jul-34) FXD and Long 12yr FXD (Nov-38)
• GBP: Short 3yr (Mar-29)
• Expected Issue Ratings: A3/BBB+ (Moody's/S&P)
• Listing: Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST)
• Use of Proceeds: General corporate purposes, including repayment of debt
