The Flemish Community, rated AA- (stable) by Fitch, has mandated Deutsche Bank, HSBC, ING and UniCredit to lead manage its upcoming short 15-year (maturing in March 2041) EUR-denominated benchmark fixed rate transaction.

The transaction is expected to be launched in the near future, subject to market conditions off the Issuer’s EMTN programme.
