IDB Invest (Inter-American Investment Corporation), rated Aa1/AAA/AAA (Moody's/S&P/Fitch), has mandated BNP Paribas, HSBC, Natixis, and TD Securities as joint lead managers for a new €500m (no grow) 7-year fixed rate Green bond.

The issue is expected to be launched and priced in the near future, subject to market conditions.

• Framework: The bond will be issued under IDB Invest’s Sustainable Debt Framework aligned with the Green Bond Principles and has received a second-party opinion by Vigeo Eiris.
• Target Market: The manufacturer target markets (MiFID II/UK MiFIR product governance) as assessed by the Lead Managers are retail, eligible counterparties and professional clients (all distribution channels).
