(ticker: "JEF"), rated Baa2/BBB/BBB+ (Moody's/S&P/Fitch), has mandated Jefferies as Sole Global Coordinator and Citigroup, Jefferies, Natixis, Santander, SMBC and Societe Generale as Joint Active Book-Runners, to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing on 7-Jul-26. Jefferies is coordinating logistics.

A new SEC Registered € benchmark 7-year fixed-rate Senior Unsecured Notes offering is expected to follow, subject to market conditions. The new Notes are expected to be rated Baa2 / BBB / BBB+ by Moody’s / S&P / Fitch.
