International Finance Corporation, member of the World Bank Group, (ticker: "IFC") rated Aaa/AAA by Moody's/S&P, has mandated Barclays, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole CIB, and TD Securities as joint lead managers to arrange 1-1/small group calls with investors today.

An expected €1bn (no grow), SEC exempt, 7-year fixed rate Green Bond offering due 15-Aug-33 will follow, subject to market conditions.
