European Outlet Mall Venture S.à r.l. (“EOMV”), a leading European fashion designer retail outlets owner, (ticker: "EOMV", country: LU) rated BBB+ (stable) by Fitch, has mandated BNP Paribas as Joint Global Coordinator, ING as Joint Global Coordinator and ESG Structurer and together with Crédit Agricole CIB as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls which commenced on Monday, 6-Jul-26 and are finishing today, 7-Jul-26. BNP Paribas is coordinating logistics.

An expected benchmark, Reg S, bearer, Senior Unsecured, green bond 5-year € offering with expected ratings of BBB+ by Fitch will follow, subject to market conditions. Timing is expected as early as tomorrow, Wednesday 8-Jul-26.
