Pinewood, a film and TV content infrastructure provider, (ticker: "PINEFI") rated BB-/BBB- by S&P/Fitch, has mandated Barclays and Bank of America to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to be scheduled on 13-Jul-26 and 14-Jul-26. A GBP fixed rate notes issuance may follow, subject to market conditions.
