The African Export-Import Bank (“Afreximbank”), a supranational financial institution whose mandate is to facilitate, promote and expand intra- and extra-African trade, rated Baa2/BBB+/A (Moody's/S&P/GCR), has mandated HSBC as Global Coordinator and Commerzbank, MUFG, Standard Bank and Standard Chartered Bank as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing on 15-Jul-26.
A US$ Benchmark, 144A/Reg S, dual-tranche (5.5- and 10-years) Senior Unsecured Notes offering under its US$10,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme may follow, subject to market conditions. The notes are expected to be rated Baa2/BBB+ by Moody's and S&P respectively. FCA/ICMA stabilisation applies.
