AA Bond Co Ltd (ticker: "AABOND", country: GB), expected to be rated BBB by S&P, has mandated Barclays, BNP Paribas, NatWest and Standard Chartered Bank as Active Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing Wednesday 22-Jul-26. A DealRoadshow presentation (with recorded voiceover) will be made available. NatWest are coordinating logistics.
An expected £ benchmark, Class A, senior, secured, Reg S, Bearer, A14 Notes offering with a 4-year expected maturity (31-Jul-30) will follow, subject to market conditions. The new A14 Notes will be offered under the Issuer’s £5bn Multicurrency Programme for the Issuance of Class A Notes dated 1-Aug-25, as supplemented on 31-Oct-25 and 21-Jul-26.
The issuer intends to put the net proceeds from the new A14 Notes towards the refinancing of its remaining A11 Notes (Jan-28 expected maturity) which will be redeemed via a make-whole call, subject to the successful issue of the new Notes.
