Aktor SA Holding Company Technical And Energy Projects (“Aktor Group of Companies”), (ticker: "AKTRGA", country: Greece), a leading Greek infrastructure platform active across Constructions, Concessions, LNG and Renewables, has appointed UBS Investment Bank as Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Lead Manager, BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs Europe SE, Nomura, CrediaBank, Optima bank and Piraeus Bank as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing today, 23rd July 2026. UBS Investment Bank is coordinating logistics.

An offering of €300m 5NC2 Reg S Senior Unsecured Notes is expected to follow in the near future, subject to market conditions.
