MassMutual Global Funding II (ticker: "MASSMU") has mandated BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank as Joint Bookrunners to arrange investor calls. An electronic investor presentation has been made available.

A potential benchmark-sized, CHF-denominated 7-year notes offering is expected to follow, subject to market conditions. The notes will be backed by a funding agreement issued by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company and have expected issuance ratings of Aa3/AA+/AA+ (Moody's/S&P/Fitch).
