Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (“OCBC”), rated Aa1/AA-/AA- by Moody’s/S&P/Fitch, has mandated Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, OCBC, RBC Capital Markets, and TD Securities as Joint Lead Managers for its upcoming GBP Benchmark 3yr Floating Rate Covered Bonds Reg S Registered transaction.
The issue is expected to be rated Aaa/AAA by Moody’s/Fitch and the transaction is expected to launch in the near future, subject to market conditions.
