Sveafastigheter AB (publ), a Swedish owner and manager of residential rental properties in Sweden, (ticker: "SVEFAS", country: Sweden) rated BBB- (CreditWatch positive) by Fitch, has mandated Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG as Global Coordinator, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG and Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing Monday, 24-Aug-26. An electronic investor presentation will be made available. Citi will be coordinating logistics.

An expected €350m (exp.), Reg S, Senior Unsecured 5.5yr € offering will follow, subject to market conditions.

  • Programme: EMTN-programme
  • Coupon Step-up: 125 basis points should Sveafastigheter AB (publ) become Sub-IG Rated
