Bank Leumi le-Israel B.M., the largest bank in Israel by assets and market capitalisation, rated Aa3/AA- (Moody's/Fitch), has mandated Barclays and Natixis as Co-Arrangers and Global Coordinators, and Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Natixis and UBS Investment Bank as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to be scheduled on 24-Aug-26. An electronic investor presentation will be made available. Natixis will be coordinating logistics.

An expected benchmark, Reg S, structured covered bond 3-year € offering will follow, subject to market conditions.
