Interparking SA, a Belgium-based leading car park operator, (ticker: "VPARKI", country: BE) rated BBB by S&P, has mandated BNP Paribas and Santander as Joint Global Coordinators, BBVA, Belfius, BNP Paribas, ING, Santander, Société Générale as Joint Active Bookrunners, and CaixaBank, Commerzbank, Intesa Sanpaolo, KBC as Joint Passive Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to be scheduled on 24-25-Aug. An electronic investor presentation will be made available. BNP Paribas will be coordinating logistics.

An expected benchmark, Reg S, Senior Unsecured 5yr & 8yr € offering will follow, subject to market conditions.
