The Ethniki" Hellenic General Insurance Company S.A., a leading Greek insurance company with 135 years of history, fully acquired by Piraeus Bank SA in November 2025, (ticker: "TPEIR", country: Greece) which is Unrated, has mandated Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE as Sole Global Coordinator, and Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, Piraeus Bank SA and UBS Investment Bank as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls commencing today, 1-Sep-26. An electronic investor presentation will be made available. Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE will be coordinating logistics.

An expected €200m dual-tranche, Reg S Cat 2 Registered, Subordinated (Tier 2 and RT1) € offering will follow, subject to market conditions.
