MANDATE UPDATE: M&G European Property Fund Inv Calls 01-02-Sep; Reg S €500m WNG 5yr Green Sr Unsec Offering May Follow

IGC European Market: Deal Flow - General

M&G European Property Fund SICAV-FIS ("MEP"), a leading European diversified real estate fund, (country: LU) rated A- (stable) by Fitch, has mandated ABN AMRO, BBVA, HSBC, and ING as Active Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to be scheduled on 01-02-Sep-26. An electronic investor presentation with voiceover has been made available on NetRoadshow. ING will be coordinating logistics.

An expected €500m (WNG), Reg S, bearer, 5-year, Senior Unsecured, green bond offering will follow, subject to market conditions. The bond offering will be under the newly established EUR 3bn Euro Medium Term Note Programme, with Base Listing Particulars dated 26-Aug-26.
