Uber Technologies, Inc., (ticker: "UBER", country: US) rated Baa1 (Positive) / BBB+ (Positive) / A- (Stable) by Moody’s, S&P, and Fitch, respectively, has mandated Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank, and Morgan Stanley as Joint Book-Running Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to be scheduled on 07-08-Sep. An electronic presentation with voiceover recording has been made available. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is coordinating logistics.
