MANDATE: Loomis AB Inv Calls; Reg S €300m 5yr Sr Unsec Offering May Follow

IGC European Market: Deal Flow - General

Loomis AB (publ), a leading payments, cash handling service provider and secure logistics company, (ticker: "LOOMBS", country: SE) rated BBB (stable) by S&P, has mandated Nordea and Société Générale as Active Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls today. An investor presentation with pre-recorded voiceover has been made available. Société Générale will be coordinating logistics.

An expected €300m, Reg S, Sr Unsec 5yr € offering will follow, subject to market conditions.

  • Programme: The notes will be issued off Loomis AB (publ)’s EUR 2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme dated 29-May-26 as supplemented on 02-Sep-26.
  • Use of Proceeds: The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the financing of the acquisition of Hermes Transportades Blindados.
  • Target Market: The manufacturer target market (MiFID II / UK MiFIR product governance) is eligible counterparties and professional clients only (all distribution channels).
  • PRIIPs / UK DISC: No EEA PRIIPs key information document (KID) or UK DISC disclosure document has been prepared as the notes will not be made available to retail investors in the EEA or the UK.
  • Selling Restrictions: Other relevant selling restrictions as set out in the Base Prospectus.
  • Stabilisation: Relevant stabilisation regulations including FCA/ICMA will apply.
