Commentary & Deal Flow

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited  (“Teva”), a global biopharmaceutical leader rated Baa3 (Stable) / BBB- (Stable) / BBB- (Stable) by Moody’s, S&P & Fitch, has mandated BNP PARIBAS, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and J.P. Morgan to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls on Monday September 7th and Tuesday September 8th.

A EUR- and USD-denominated, SEC registered, senior unsecured fixed rate notes offering of EUR 6.5 and 10-year and USD Long-5, Long-7 and Long-10 year tenors may follow, subject to market conditions. Relevant stabilization regulations including FCA/ICMA will apply. An electronic presentation with voiceover recording and preliminary prospectus supplement have been made available.

Teva intends to release redemption notices across certain of its existing notes on September 8th. Teva may use the proceeds from the offering to redeem such existing notes and certain other existing notes through redemptions via applicable provisions in the respective indentures.

The issuers of the Notes will be Teva Pharmaceutical Finance Netherlands II B.V., Teva Pharmaceutical Finance Netherlands III B.V. and Teva Pharmaceutical Finance Netherlands IV B.V.

J.P. Morgan will be coordinating logistics.
