Capital One Financial Corporation, (ticker: "COF"), expected ratings of Baa1/BBB/A- by Moody's/S&P/Fitch, has mandated Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to be scheduled on 08-Sep. A pre-recorded presentation and Preliminary Prospectus Supplement will be made available. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC will be coordinating logistics.

An expected benchmark-sized, SEC-registered, Senior Unsecured 6NC5 & 11NC10 EUR offering will follow, subject to market conditions.
