Gas Networks Ireland, (ticker: "BOGAEI", country: IE) rated A1 (stable) / A+ (positive) by Moody's/S&P, has mandated Barc, BNP, Danske, NatWest, Goodbody and J&E Davy as Active Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to be scheduled on 15-Sep. A DealRoadshow presentation (with a recorded voiceover) and the EMTN Programme Offering Circular will be made available. BNP will be coordinating logistics.

An expected €300m WNG, Reg S Registered, Sr Unsec 6yr € offering will follow, subject to market conditions. The notes are expected to be rated A1 / A+ by Moody's/S&P and will be offered under the Issuer's EMTN Programme dated 14-Sep-26.
