MANDATE UPDATE: Saab AB Inv Calls 14-15-Sep; Reg S €300m (no grow) 7yr Sr Unsec Offering May Follow

IGC European Market: Deal Flow - General

Saab AB, a Swedish defence and security company supplying products, services and systems to customers worldwide, (ticker: "SAABAB", country: Sweden) rated BBB+ (stable) by S&P, has mandated Citigroup, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, and SEB to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to be scheduled on 14-15-Sep. An electronic investor presentation will be made available. Deutsche Bank will be coordinating logistics.

An expected debut €300m (no grow), Reg S Bearer, Sr Unsec 7yr € offering will follow, subject to market conditions.
