MANDATE: Ericsson Inv Calls 21-Sep; Reg S €500m (no-grow) long 6yr Green Sr Unsec Offering May Follow

Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ), a leading provider of mobile connectivity solutions to communications service providers, enterprises and the public sector, (ticker: "ERICB", country: SE) rated BBB- (positive) by S&P and BBB- (stable) by Fitch, has mandated BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, J.P. Morgan and SEB as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to be scheduled on 21-Sep-26. A NetRoadshow presentation (including voiceover) has been made available. Danske Bank will be coordinating logistics.

An expected €500m (no-grow), Reg S Bearer, Green Senior Unsecured long 6yr € offering will follow, subject to market conditions.

  • Listing: Regulated market of Euronext Dublin
