Golar LNG Limited ("Golar") (GLNG), the world’s largest floating LNG company by operating capacity rated B2 by Moody's and B by S&P (both Stable), has mandated Citi and Goldman Sachs International as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, and ABN Amro, Clarksons Securities, Danske Bank, DNB Carnegie, Fearnleys Securities and Pareto Securities as bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investors meetings commencing Monday, 21 September. A USD-denominated 144A/Reg S benchmark Long 5NC2 senior unsecured Notes offering may follow, subject to market conditions. The Notes are expected to be rated B3/B- by Moody’s/S&P. US$500m size expected. Fixed rate, semi-annual pay (30/360). List TISE. NY law. Denoms 2kx1k. Corporate style HY covenant package. The proceeds will be used to fund equity contributions to FLNG Esperanza and FLNG #4 construction; and other GCP purposes, including funding of further FLNG growth units.
Citi will be coordinating logistics.
