SES, a global satellite communications provider, (ticker: "SESGFP", country: LU) rated Ba1/BBB- by Moody's/Fitch, has mandated BNP Paribas, ING, LBBW and Mizuho as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, as well as Commerzbank, Goldman Sachs International, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo and KBC as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to be scheduled on 28-Sep. An electronic investor presentation will be made available.

An expected bmk, Reg S (Cat 2), Sr Unsec 4.5yr € offering will follow, subject to market conditions.

  • Use of Proceeds: The net proceeds from the issue of the Notes will be applied by the Issuer towards the cash tender offer for its outstanding EUR 500,000,000 fixed rate notes issued in 2019 (ISIN XS2075811781), which the issuer has launched concurrently with the issue of the Notes. Any remaining net proceeds will be used for the general corporate purposes of the Group, including the refinancing of other existing indebtedness.
