Finnvera, Finland's Export Credit and SME Financing Agency, rated Aa1/AA (Moody's/Fitch), has mandated Credit Agricole CIB, DZ BANK, Nordea and TD Securities to lead manage its forthcoming €1bn (no-grow) 5yr fixed-rate Reg S Bearer transaction, due 7-Oct-31. The transaction will be launched off the issuer's EMTN programme which is unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the Republic of Finland.

An expected €1bn WNG, Reg S, Sr Unsec 5yr € offering will follow in the near future, subject to market conditions.
