Remy Cointreau, a French family-owned group specialized in the global Wine & Spirits market with a portfolio of exceptional brands, which include Rémy Martin and Louis XIII cognacs and Cointreau liqueur, (ticker: "RCOFP", country: FR) rated Baa3 (negative outlook) by Moody's, has mandated BNP Paribas and Société Générale as Global Coordinators, together with Crédit Agricole CIB and HSBC as Active Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls to be scheduled on 28-Sep-26 and 29-Sep-26.
