The Gabonese Republic, rated Caa2 by Moody's and CCC- by Fitch, has mandated BofA Securities as Sole Lead Manager to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on Wednesday, 30 September 2026. A US$580 million (WNG) Rule 144A / Regulation S senior notes offering with an expected tenor of 7-year weighted average life (8-year final maturity) will follow subject to market conditions.
