Morgan as Joint Global Coordinators and Bookrunners and IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, SMBC Nikko and VTB Capital as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners to organize a Global Investor Call that will take place today (19 January) at 1.00pm UKT / 2.00pm CET / 4.00pm MSK / 8.00am NYT and arrange a series of fixed-income investor calls on 19 January. A 144A/Reg S senior unsecured benchmark USD-denom Loan Participation Notes offering with maturity of 8yrs will follow, subject to market conditions.
