BTG Pactual Europe SA (ticker: "BTGPEU"), rated Baa3 (stable) by Moody’s, has mandated BMO Capital Markets as Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Lead Manager, alongside Natixis and Banco BTG Pactual S.A. – Cayman Branch as Joint Lead Managers to arrange one-on-one calls upon request to be scheduled on 20-21-Oct.

An expected £250m (WNG) 3yr Senior offering will follow in the near future, subject to market conditions. The notes are expected to be rated Baa3 by Moody's.
