Meta Platforms, Inc., rated Aa3 (Stable) by Moody’s, AA- (Negative) by S&P*, has asked Citigroup and Morgan Stanley to organize a series of fixed income investor calls. An electronic presentation has been made available. Morgan Stanley is coordinating logistics.

A US dollar-denominated, SEC-registered, benchmark senior unsecured issuance of 5-Year, 7-Year, 10-Year, 20-Year, 30-Year fixed-rate notes may follow, subject to market conditions.

A separate EUR-denominated, SEC-registered, benchmark senior unsecured issuance of Long 4-Year, Long 6-Year, Long 8-Year, 12-Year, 18-Year, Long 38-Year fixed-rate notes may also follow, subject to market conditions.
