Moody's/S&P rate Novelis Sheet Ingot GmBH (HNDLIN) EUR500m 144A/Reg S sr Green notes due 2029 (8y) B1/BB- (stable/stable). Via JPM+. Moody's also upgraded the corporate family rating of Novelis Inc to Ba3 from B1 and the sr unsec notes of Novelis Corp to B1 from B2. S&P also upgraded Novelis Corp sr notes to BB- from B+.
