Moody's/S&P/Fitch rate Oriflame Investment Holding Plc EUR709m equivalent (US$/EUR) 144A/Reg S sr sec notes 2-part B1/B+/BB- (stable,revised from negative/stable/stable). Via GS+. S&P also upgraded the long-term issuer credit rating to B+ from B-. And Fitch upgraded the long-term Issuer Default Rating to to B+ from B-
