Ardagh Metal Packaging SA (AMPBEV) announced it plans to offer $600m 144A/Reg S sr sec green notes due 2027. It also intends to raise EUR350m non-cvt, non-voting 9% perpetual pfd to Ardagh Group SA, its 75.3% shareholder. Biz: a global supplier of metal beverage cans and ends.
