Eramet SA (ERAFP), a leading player in manganese, nickel, mineral sands, and lithium rated Ba2 (stable) & BB (stable) by Moody’s and Fitch respectively, has mandated CA/DB as Global Coordinators and Active Bookrunners, as well as Natixis and SocGen as Active Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls on Tuesday 21st May and Wednesday 22nd May 2024. A General Investor Call will be held today at 10:30 UKT / 11:30 CET. DB is coordinating logistics.

A EUR-denominated, senior, unsecured, Reg S, 5.5-year Sustainability-Linked EUR400m expected bond offering might follow, subject to market conditions. The notes, if issued, will be allocated to General corporate purposes, including the financing of the concurrent tender offer on the Issuer’s EUR300m 5.875% sr notes due May 2025 (ISIN: FR0013461274).
