A Global Investor Call will be held at 12:00 UKT / 13:00 CET today, 21 May, followed by small group calls today. GS is coordinating logistics.

A new EUR500m (exp) 5-year fixed senior unsecured Reg S bond offering may follow, subject to market conditions. Net proceeds of the offering, if issued, will be used for the financing of the acquisition of La Triveneta Cavi s.p.a and/or for general corporate purposes of the Group.HQ: Paris, France.
