OHI Group S.A. (“OHI"), Latin America’s largest provider of vertical air mobility and delivery solutions, has mandated Morgan Stanley as Sole Global Coordinator and BTG Pactual as Joint Bookrunner to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls on July 16, 2024. Morgan Stanley will be coordinating logistics. 

A 144A/RegS USD denominated senior secured bond offering transaction with 5-years amortizing maturity may follow, subject to market conditions.

The notes are expected to be rated B2 by Moody's and B by S&P.
