RWE AG (“RWE”, Ticker RWE), one of the leading international providers of renewable energy, has mandated Barclays, BNP Paribas, J.P. Morgan, Mizuho and Morgan Stanley as Joint Active Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls on Monday, 31 March 2025.

A USD-denominated, 144A/Reg S, dual tranche green bond offering across new 10yr FXD and Tap of 6.250% Apr-2054s, issued by RWE Finance US LLC and fully guaranteed by RWE AG, will follow subject to market conditions. The notes are expected to be rated Baa2 by Moody’s and BBB+ by Fitch. The proceeds of any offering will be used to refinance, in whole or in part, existing and/or future Eligible Green Projects.

RWE will host investor calls on Monday, 31 March 2025. A NetRoadshow presentation (including audio recording) and a preliminary offering memorandum dated 31 March 2025 will be made available. Morgan Stanley is coordinating logistics.
