Moody's rates Lottomatica Group SpA
(GAMENT) EUR600m 144A/Reg S sr sec notes due Jan 2031 (5.75y) Ba2 (stable). Via DB(B&D)+. Moody's also upgraded the company's corporate family rating along with the other outstanding sr sec notes to Ba2 from Ba3.
