S&P/Fitch rate Teva Pharmaceutical Finance Netherlands II BV/Teva Pharmaceutical Finance Netherlands III BV/Teva Pharmaceutical Finance Netherlands IV BV (TEVA) approx US$2bn equivalent (US$/EUR) SEC registered sr notes 3-part BB/BB+ (positive/stable, revised from positive). Fitch also upgraded the l-t issuer default rating and existing sr unsec rating to BB+ from BB
