Starling Group Holdings Limited (Ticker: STARLN), rated Baa3 by Moody’s (Stable outlook), has mandated NatWest as Sole Structuring Agent to the Issuer, and Morgan Stanley and NatWest as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor calls on 08-Jun-26.

A Reg S registered, expected £150m 10.25NC5.25 Tier 2 transaction will follow subject to market conditions. The Notes are expected to be rated Baa3 by Moody’s.
